On January 7, 2015, Lutz Henkel has joined the Bavaria Yachtbau group as CEO. He succeeds Bruno Voisard as CEO of Nautitech.

Before joining Bavaria, Lutz Henkel held various executive positions in industrial groups in Germany and abroad, notably as CEO of Salona.

He is also passionate by sailing and himself an experienced sailor.

Some figures :

1986: Creation of the shipyard CIM in Rochefort and the range of the MAXIMUM YACHTS of 78 ' to 115 '.
1994: Creation of the Nautitech brand by Dufour. Brand Model Nautitech 395/495 and 475 of which more than 60 units had been ordered by VPM, a charter company created and directed by Bruno Voisard

 1997: Creation of the brand OCEAN VOYAGER  by CIM, range of day-charter catamarans.
 VPM ordered six of them, managed in Martinique, Guadeloupe and the Seychelles
 2001: Launching of the MAXI YACHT 115'
 2002: Takeover of the Nautitech shipyard by Bruno Voisard, founder in 1987 of Sea Tour, one of the first yacht chartering agencies   worldwide, and VPM which was to become the third actor in the world with 210 sailboats within only 4 years. Bruno Voisard is the Director of the     FIN  (Federation of Nautical Industries) and member of the Superior Council of Navigation and Water Sports and Counselor of Foreign   Trade.
 2002: Acquisition of the Nautitech brand by Bruno VOISARD
 2003 to 2006: Launching of the new range Nautitech 40, 44 and 47
 2008: Acquisition of the CIM shipyard by Nautitech Catamarans
 2009: Launching of Nautitech 441 and 442 with their rainwater recuperator.
 At the end of 2011: Launching of Nautitech 542, a semi custom model
 2012: Launching of the first Nautitech 482 in December
 2013: Launching of the first Nautitech Open 40 (end of 2013)
           Investment of 2M€  into news tools & the reorganization of the production line (with the creation of 25 new jobs).

2014: Purchase of Nautitech by the German Group BAVARIA YACHTBAU

2015: Installation of a new production line dedicated to the Nautitech Open 46

2016 : Launching of the Nautitech Open 46 and presentation for its world premiere at La Grande Motte Boat show in April
2017 August: The integration of Nautitech Catamarans SA into the German group Bavaria is completed with the departure of its founder Bruno Voisard. Both sides lauded the excellent cooperation during this transition period. Mr Lutz Henkel, President of Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH and CEO of Nautitech, highlighted the success of the Nautitech Open 40 and the successful launch of the Nautitech Open 46 and 46 Fly ranges.
