  • September 2002: Buyout of the Nautitech Catamaran brand by Bruno Voisard
  • April 2003: Launch of the Nautitech 40
  • January 2004: The NAUTITECH 47 sails for the first time at Lorient
  • September 2004: Presentation of the owner version of the Nautitech 40
  • Spring 2005: Opening of new 6,000 m² yard at La Rochelle
  • May 2005: OUEST CROISSANCE enters into the capital of Nautitech SA (subsidiary of Banque Populaire) to strengthen its controlled expansion.
  • September 2005: Presentation of the owner version of the NAUTITECH 47
  • September 2005: Launch of the Nautitech 40.2
  • End 2005 : Launch of the Nautitech 44
  • End 2005: 60th catamaran of the new range, delivered in China.
  • 2006 : Presentation of the Nautitech 44 Owner version.
  • 2006 : Success of the Exclusive finish, Nautitech catamarans top-of-the range.
  • 2007 : New Caledonia, Australia, Japan, Norway, Sweden, Nautitech catamarans are delivered to all the seas worldwide.
  • 2008: Moving to Rochefort.
  • 2009: Buy-out of the CIM SHIPYARD. Launching of new models Nautitech 441 and 442 and the rainwater recovery system.

Bruno Voisard - Chairman and managing director

From a family of sailors and keen on sailing since his childhood, he started out as a carpenter at a boat yard, then created a company chartering and selling yachts in Brittany.

In 1987, he created Sea Tours one of the first worldwide charter agencies to offer Nouvelles Frontières the creation of a charter business: VPM, which in 4 years would become the third stakeholder in the world with 210 yachts.

2002 marked his return to yacht building with the buyout of Nautitech Catamaran.

He is administrator of the FIN (Fédération des Industries Nautiques – Sailing Industry Federation) and member of the Conseil Supérieur de la Navigation et de sports nautiques (Superior Council of Sailing and Water Sports)
